Benoit's parents bought this XIII Century castle in 1990, but only decided to make wine in 2002. Young Benoit works in biodynamic on his estate, we think his terroirs and his winemaking are outstanding, especially when making Rosés.
Benoit is an extremely talented rosé making, this is half maceration rosé, half "bleeding" of a tank. Thinks Cotes de Provence.
