4.3 Estimates for delivery times are best­possible indications only and are not

5. Out­of­stock, non­delivery, cancellations and refunds

5.1 If you believe a wine from Aubert & Mascoli Ltd is spoilt or if a bottle has broken then we will replace it with the same wine or if this is not possible another wine of similar value.

5.2 You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including 7 working days from the date of delivery of your order, provided all the bottles are unopened and intact. We will refund the price of the order excluding any delivery charge and less the cost incurred to collect the wine.

5.3 Sometimes wines may go out of stock. We shall contact you to inform you of any potential delay or offer you an alternative wine of equal value.

5.4 Claims for non­delivery must be made within two weeks of your order date.

6. Data Protection

6.1 Aubert & Mascoli Ltd is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998.

6.2 All information (including credit card details) is sent and received using certified secure e­commerce software.

10. Retention of Title

10.1 Title to our Goods shall remain vested in Aubert & Mascoli Ltd and shall not pass to you (the Buyer) until the purchase price for our Goods has been paid in full and received by us.
