Wines
In France, we focus on regional vineyards, where the lower cost of land and vines mean that the vineyards are often outside the Bordeaux and Bourgogne. In these areas we have come across the most creative, motivated winemakers - some of them completely new to agriculture in general and winemaking in particular.
The Loire and Languedoc-Roussillon vineyards in particular, have been a hotbed for organic, biodynamic and natural winemaking for some years now.
Italy has recently been rediscovering its indigenous grapes recently and the French virus of natural and biodynamic winemaking has been catching on. As a result the quality of the organic wines has been outstanding.
Food
Our food portfolio is made up of Organic Olive Oil from Fattoria Mose in Sicilia, Organic tinned tomatoes from Iris in Veneto, Organic Grape juice from winemakers Valli Unite and Verjus from Perigord in the South West of France.
